Once your design is ready, you can print it or save to PDF for future printing.

The procedure for printing or saving to PDF is the same, with the distinction that at the end of the process, printing will automatically open the system print window and saving will allow for choosing a location to store the PDF file.

Please note that this features is available only in our paid subscription plans.

To print, select the Print command from the Project menu or use the default keyboard shortcut control-P.

To save as PDF, select the Save as PDF command from the Project menu or use the default keyboard shortcut control-S.

After the command is issued, if there are errors detected during design validation, a warning window presenting the errors will appear. You can choose to go back and fix the errors or proceed ignoring them.

Next, a window will pop up to select which pages should be included in the printout.

Some pages have customisable options, which can be accessed by pressing a dash to the left of the page name – example below.

Choosing Set as default button will save the selected pages and their option as user default preferences, so the next time the application is started, they will be preserved. Otherwise, they will be reverted back to the default values.

Choosing Save as PDF or Print button will proceed to the system dialog to complete the chosen operation.
