Improvements

Added a dialog with question to the user what type of device is in use to run the application: tablet/phone or laptop/desktop.

This information is used to tune the user interface. Since the web browsers don’t offer a reliable way of detecting the device type, the best method is to actually ask the user. This question will appear only once in each web browser and the answer can be later changed in the Interface options in the Project menu of the design editor.
