Support for French in the application

Application was translated to French – you can select it now on the top bar among English, Spanish and Polish. If you notice there are troubles with this translation, please let us know through the embedded chat or send us an email to: support@parkour.design, so we can fix it.

Fixes

• Fixed a problem where it was possible to split the course or delete the course before an obstacle in a point, which resulted in a malformed course and application hang. Commands Split course after and Delete course before will be disabled when running them is not permitted.
